 Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, choose your favorite item, select
your size or options, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to
checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so please
contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation.
Once an order has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

 Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most of our products are made to order, so processing times
can vary depending on the item. Your estimated shipping information will be
provided during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by
email so you can follow its journey.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have my package.
What should I do?

First, check around your delivery area and with household
members or neighbors. Sometimes packages are marked delivered slightly before
they actually arrive. If you still can't locate it, reach out and we'll help
you figure out the next steps.

 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because many of our products are made to order, return and
exchange eligibility may vary by product. Please review our Return Policy
before placing your order.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We're sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible with your
order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make
it right.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?

We do our best to represent every product accurately. Colors
may vary slightly depending on your screen and the production process.

Are your products officially licensed dental products?

On The Tray Co. is an independent small business created for
dental professionals and dental lovers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed
by dental schools, manufacturers, professional organizations, or other brands
unless specifically stated.
